ReginaSpeaking Academy: Participation Agreement
By registering for any program offered by ReginaSpeaking Academy, participants agree to the following terms:
Program Participation
The ReginaSpeaking Academy is a professional development experience focused on communication, leadership, and public speaking. It is not therapy, counseling, or confidence-building training.
Payment & Deposit
- A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a participant’s seat.
- The deposit is applied toward the total program cost.
- Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at registration.
Refund Policy
- All payments beyond the $300 deposit are refundable up to 30 days prior to the start of the first session.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- If a refund is requested fewer than 30 days before the first session, payments are non-refundable. Instead, eligible payments may be applied to the next available cohort within one year.
Attendance & Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. ReginaSpeaking Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the learning environment. Removal does not result in a refund.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and content are proprietary and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Non-Refundable Deposit
- The $300 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refundable Payments
- Payments made beyond the $300 deposit are refundable up to 30 days prior to the start of the first session.
- If a refund is requested fewer than 30 days before the first session, payments are non-refundable. Instead, eligible payments may be applied to the next available cohort within one year.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
No-Refund Window
- Once the program is within 30 days of the first session, all payments become non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for non-attendance, partial attendance, or personal scheduling conflicts.
Program Cancellation
If ReginaSpeaking Academy cancels a program in its entirety, participants will be offered a transfer to a future cohort or a refund of payments, excluding the $300 deposit, unless otherwise stated.
ReginaSpeaking Academy: Delivery & Contact Policy
Program Delivery
Programs may be delivered in person, online, or in a hybrid format. Dates, times, and delivery methods are communicated in advance and may be updated as needed.
Communication
Official communication, including refund requests, must be submitted in writing. Participants are responsible for monitoring their email.
