Executive Coaching
Through the use of assessment tools (i.e. 360, FiroB, Workplace Big
Five) managers and middle mangers will receive a full assessment of
their leadership style. This would include areas of strength and
areas of development. Coaching sessions will help the individual set
goals, identify allies, and a workable plan.
Professional Public Speaking and Powerful Presentations Training
This training is meant for those who want to take their public
speaking skills to the next level. Training will include speech
optimization (to zero in on the point and stay focused), delivery
(making the presentation powerful: vocal intonation, articulation,
gestures, media), and presence (fine-tuning the speaker to be
dynamic).
